I can’t pay spotify with my debit card

This card is a Vista Account, which includes a Debit Card, and has become essential during the pandemic, as it allows us to receive the deposit of social benefits delivered by the State, such as the Bono IFE Universal, among others.

Since the new RUT Account is Visa Debit, we can have a premium plan in Spotify and pay the service directly with our card. To do this, go to “Settings” and click on the option “Switch to Premium” or “Upgrade payment”, depending on your situation.

Once you have entered the data, click on the “Start my Spotify Premium subscription” button. The money will be charged the month following the update of your data and will be automatically deducted from your RUT Account balance.

Why can’t I buy spotify premium from my iphone?

I can’t pay for Spotify Mexico with my paypal account, what do I do? from spotify I select the paypal option, and when it redirects to paypal and I enter my paypal data, it just doesn’t continue and doesn’t show any kind of error.  My account is Verified, Tenco TDC enabled and not expired, what happens?

Without being able to see your account and the rejection I can’t tell you exactly what is going on, what I am guessing is that it may be a regular card rejection.    It could be that spotify does not accept payments from certain cards or currencies, in your case Mexican pesos.    You can try talking to spotify to see if your card/currency is accepted.

I guess I have the same problem, as well as a couple of other issues that exist in this regard.  The thing is, nothing happens, no rejection, no error. When I select the Paypal payment option on Spotify, it takes me to the Paypal page asking me to log in. I enter my information correctly and nothing happens; the information is sent but it does not log in, it keeps showing the same screen with no further information.  I have done the procedure with my Paypal login, hoping it will recognize it and not ask me for the information, but directly for the payment; it doesn’t happen, it keeps asking me for my data to login. What’s wrong?
